Calathea Burle-Marx – well established, mature plants offered for sale are potted in organic substrate; repotting only in 1-2years when the pot is overgrown with new shoots; just beautiful leaves with a unique leaf pattern; with time it becomes even more bushy (can be divided once being re-potted); the plant is rather for a half shady location (no direct sun, please); avoid waterlogging; once a month to shower off the leaves is very good for the plant; much joy with your new Calathea Burle-Marx!
